• This Privacy Notice describes how AMV Business Center (AMVBC) collects and uses Personal Information of Data Subjects. Personal Information collected electronically via https://amvbusinesscenter.com and the associated Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) owned or controlled by AMVBC For purposes of this Privacy Notice, the following terms shall have their respective meanings as set forth under:

• “Rights of the Data Subject” refers to an individual whose Personal Information is processed;

• “Personal Information” refers to any information from which the identity of a Data Subject is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by a person in possession of said information, and which may include, but is not limited to, the name, email and physical addresses, demographic information, and contact information; and

• “Processing” refers to any activity conducted on the Personal Information including, but not limited to, collection, recording, consultation, use, consolidation and erasure.

• AMVBC’s privacy policy sets forth the privacy practices that are applicable to all its Personal Information processing activities. Moreover, AMVBC’s privacy policy and guidelines shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with all the relevant laws and guidelines of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

COLLECTED INFORMATION

• AMVBC may collect Personal Information of a Data Subject. The Personal Information collected shall be processed solely in connection with the Data Subject’s application for business services transaction, or other transaction with AMVBC All Personal Information collected may be retained by AMVBC to the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and with the company policy.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• AMVBC may collect Personal Information to be used in accordance with its declared and legitimate purpose specified and consented to by the Data Subject at the time such information is collected. 

• AMVBC may also use such Personal Information to contact the Data Subject regarding its services and products, and with the Data Subject’s specific consent.

DATA SECURITY AND STORAGE

• Electronically collected Personal Information is stored and secured by AMVBC only the authorized personnel can access the information.

• AMVBC personnel uses reasonable efforts to secure electronically collected Personal Information, their access to Personal Information is limited only for specified legitimate purpose.

LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION

• AMVBC shall not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage arising out of or in connection with the wrongful use or reliance by the Data Subject or other third party upon the information in this privacy notice.
