  • Permit & Documentation: Assistance with permit applications and documentation for transporting non-infectious biological specimens abroad (Bureau of Quarantine coordination); and BIR permits for asset disposal and monthly spoilage/waste/expired/obsolete item/ inventory disposal. We also handle the accreditation of Cash Register Machines (CRMs), Point-of-Sale (POS), and other similar sales machines/software generating invoices/receipts (including Electronic Invoicing or Electronic Receipting Systems under a Subscription-Based Agreement). This includes Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) used solely for internal purposes or generating Supplementary Invoices/Receipts, which require a Permit to Use via the Enhanced eAccReg System facility. Additionally, we assist with workers' accreditation in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
  • Reporting: Assistance in submitting semi-annual and annual inventory lists to BIR; and Lessee Information Sheet semi-annual and annual submission to the BIR.
  • Consultation & Support: Basic advice and assistance regarding DOLE cases and support for BIR audits, including rebuttal of notices of discrepancy.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Books of Accounts, Service (SI), Sales Invoice (SI), Collection Receipt (CR), Billing of Statement (BS), and Statement of Account (SOA) writing and updating. We also assist with ORUS applications and submission of Manual Books of Accounts and Loose-leaf Books of Accounts (LLBA), as well as hard-bounding.
